Jack Dreifuss is the Founder and General Partner of Impatient Ventures, where he backs founders with relentless drive and clarity of vision. Before launching Impatient as a solo GP, Jack was a professional online poker player, a hedge fund analyst, a two-time zero-to-one operator with successful exits at SimpleLegal (CRO) and Bolt (CSO), and a 2x venture backed failed founder.
Along the way, he mastered pattern matching across disciplines—whether reading tells at the poker table, spotting signals in the markets, or scaling companies from inception.
Outside of Impatient, you can find him obsessively tracking his health metrics (h/t Protocols.co), cruising Venice in his lifted golf cart named Jodi, making music, hosting dinners at the restaurants he’s a partner in (Carmel in West Hollywood, Kitchen in the desert in Joshua Tree), or competing in the World Series of Poker in Vegas.
Madeline Steitz is an experienced executive assistant and operator with a proven track record supporting UHNWIs, A-list clients, and leaders in venture capital, luxury, and consumer goods. Known for her discretion, creativity, and precision, she excels in high-level administration, strategic operations, and event management, bringing people, projects, and ideas together to thrive.
Outside of her work in venture, Madeline is also an accomplished chef and baker, infusing the same artistry and attention to detail into her cooking as she does into her professional life.
Peter Lee is a Partner at Impatient focused on growth investments, investor relations, and building out the Impatient platform more broadly. He joined us by way of AngelList Venture, where he served as an outsourced partner for dozens of solo GPs for 4+ years. Prior to AngelList, Peter spent 2+ years at 500 Global (FKA 500 Startups) sourcing early stage founders, partnering with foreign governments to develop startup programs abroad, and managing CVC consulting engagements.
Outside of Impatient, Peter can be found restoring 90s JDM project cars, chasing his three kids, or training for the SF Marathon.
